Bill Vetter, Systems Engineer at New Directions Behavioral Health (NDBH) and Kansas City Metro Group Leader, grown told me:
The aim is to achieve, while others work with Citrix technology; able to ask to see what they have to ask, and to create a dialogue with your colleagues.

CUGC local user groups around the world have been meeting since the Community made in. Kansas City Metro was to hold the first of its local session on July 16, 2015. Then meeting started happening in Columbus, Seattle, Nashville, Madison, Twin Cities, Omaha, Dallas-Fort Worth, Phoenix Metro, the UK, Germany, Netherlands , Norway, Ireland and Switzerland.
Now there are 42 CUGC local user groups around the world and have taken part more than 500 members, a CUGC session. Each has its own unique style, culture and knowledge. Conference topics range from "Raspberry Pi 2 as a thin client" to "XenApp lessons learned in large scale."
Blake Chandler brings flair, creativity and experience from the past in the Dallas-Fort Worth local user group. He worked at AT & T as an analyst Sr. Systems before he joined Citrix as Sr. Sales Engineer, CCA AD, CCP AD, CCE AD. He is very attached to the Community. I asked Blake what the DFW group makes it unique:
The group is very organic. We see the full range of IT ecosystem. Our meetings have a mix of technical learning and community involvement. Members still want to hear about a similar technology as it is used differently.
The most popular theme at the moment is "What will be the biggest failure, what we do as engineers?" Everyone does things just a little bit different and at the same time they are trying to achieve the same goal.
