When speaking of Windows apps and desktops as a service Conversation turns very quickly to the question of multi-tenancy. Often the question is "Is XenDesktop Multi-tenant"? or my favorite alternative reporting perspectives would be more like "But we were told by another supplier that Citrix is not multi-tenant"? This is FUD evident by Citrix competitors, the first is a legitimate question. The answer is "Yes, Citrix XenDesktop is multi-tenant when the reference provider Citrix architecture Service and provider of related services extensions are implemented." In fact, for Citrix CSP offers perhaps the most comprehensive set of multi-tenant options available from a single supplier, across a wide range of platforms on the market today. This overall approach and open platform is part of Citrix's corporate DNA and continue aaS as markets evolve.

Both sets of issues can be addressed by a matrix of considerations we talked to Citrix for years with our sample partners.
In other words, there is a continuum of considerations that suppliers and customers must use to determine the value of DaaS service.
