Detailed Instructions:
Step 1: Cloud Platform user API key and secret key to get

Common deployment issues:
- Problem: Insufficient IP address in the shared network
solution: the IP address Range Increase
2. problem: account primary storage max limits are exceeded
solution: increase the primary storage user or domain level resource limits
