Citrix Systems, Inc., the global leader in Application Delivery + Palo Alto Networks, the company Firewalls Network World leader have something really common. Both are considered leaders in their respective technology vertical space and together, have partnered to develop a common solution for providing secure enterprise applications on next generation networks. Boo yah! I mean what can possibly be a partnership that was so long ago. I can see the competition ( names not be mentioned ) really start to think twice about their future direction!
The product delivery networking services Citrix NetScaler SDX will open its platform to be aware app allowing integration with Palo Alto Networks technology and several other partners in the coming months. It really describes the Citrix Management takes software defined networking (SDN). The unification between technologies, sales channels and the roadmap will certainly bring a strategic go-to-market. I think Citrix network in the future to better position the partnership data center
The partnership will be many phases starting with solutions for virtual application and desktop virtualization solutions -. Citrix and Citrix XenDesktop XenApp® and enterprise applications. Citrix and Palo Alto Networks will support those solutions with comprehensive support for enterprise customers and distribution partners!
