A common question we had with each version of eDocs is how to link the content to specific tasks to our readers want to be. competing demands and interests have made this difficult at times and it's just as frustrating for our editorial team for our readers. The authors want the content to be useful and to help readers do their jobs. And we know that our readers are busy and need to do things quickly.
In XenDesktop 7, we took a new approach that we hope you find useful. We have created a page titled "How Do I?" The intention is that if you can not easily attach the task you are looking for a subject eDocs or research, you can find it in this list.
We can also turn this list into a FAQ. Some began referring to already in this way. The important thing is that it is useful and provides a way for our readers to find information quickly.
