The Call Home feature has helped NetScaler appliances protect from malfunctions since it was first introduced back with NetScaler 10 years. We are looking to announce that Call Home now stands Cloudbridge physical devices as well as with the 7.4 release available.
It takes only seconds to register your device in this invaluable service. From Cloudbridge GUI under the Maintenance section, click Call Home.

While Cloudbridge Call Home functionality is a great way to reduce the overall risk to your device, we recommend more recorded regular manual diagnosis and perform uploads. This will help ensure that your device in optimum condition remains with respect to the configuration, security and performance.
