Citrix is proud to announce the release of our new community site support forums. This new platform has features that allow users to solve problems more quickly, to find answers to frequently asked questions, and interact with other Citrix experts to find out how they solved problems. Check the changes and let us know what you think.
Mobile Friendly
The new user support forums interface is clean and user-friendly mobile. The categories are clearly presented so you do not have to go far to find what you are looking for. The landing page includes a tag cloud so you can see what is trending.
Answered Posts 
To help you in your quest to solve a problem, an icon appears next Answered threads with a resolution . You can quickly choose the discussion you want to view. The forum response containing the solution is displayed at the top.
discussion Indicators Hot
Discussions that have been identified as having a multiple impact users receive a designation of "Hot" . Users can clearly see discussions that other users have questions about the unanswered and answered.
type-ahead search 
Search is now front and center in the top of each page. Intelligent search capabilities will begin the search for conversations after entering at least 4 characters for your search term. Search displays the first 4 threads more closely matched. To see the results, press Enter, and you can choose to filter your results based on other criteria.
Custom Profile
Your personal profile can now be enhanced with your personality. Include information such as your location, occupation, contact information and even a biography. You have full control of what you want to share about yourself.
