you can push logo (branding) on ​​Worx shop in two ways, one way is to use AppController and the other using the Device Manager. Both methods are explained below.

Using XenMobile AppController

You must ensure that the logo file you plan on having on Store Worx meeting the following pre-req:

Download a .zip file containing files that should have the following specifications:

  1. file extension must be .PNG (pure white logo / text with transparent background at 72 dpi)
  2. Adhere to size constraints -. 170px x 25px (1x) + 340px x 50px (2x)
  3. company logo should not exceed the above given width or height
  4. The files must be named as header.png and Header@2x.png
  5. both files must be selected and zipped. set
steps

1. LOGN the AppController control point using the URL https: // : 4443 / ControlPoint

2. Click Settings -> branding

3. Select whether you want the image to a phone or tablet. If you have selected the phone, then the image will be displayed with gray border as seen below:

4. There should be two image format files .PNG zipped together.

5. Click the "Browse" button to access the location where the pictures zip file is on your computer.

6. Select the zip file and click Open

7. After this, click on the "Import" button to download the image / logo branding

8. once you download the zip file, the logo you have downloaded can be seen as below

Note: It is recommended that you have a logo that Pure White text with a transparent background for better visibility; however, it is not mandatory. If you do not like the logo, you can click 'x Remove' and re-download another.

9. Now open WorxHome and tap 'Worx Store' on your phone.

10. Here is how the logo could look like on your phone:

Notes:

  1. Sometimes, the logo will not even appear aligned. Try changing the pixel size.
  2. If the file names of the two PNG files are not in the given format, you get an error "Package Upload Failed" or wrong logo alignment.
  3. The phone used here is the iPhone 5

Using Device Manager XenMobile

If you only use the MDM component in your environment and you want to change the logo / branding, then you can follow the steps below.

1. Connect to your device manager

2. Under Polished Tab, select MDM Policies -> Global Policies -> Branding. When you select "Branding" you will see an option to create a new policy. Click "New Policy", as shown below:

3. Enter the policy name, description and then download the file logo / image in PNG format using the "Choose File" button.

4. Once the file is downloaded, you will see the preview of the logo. If you are good with the preview, click on "Create" button to create brand strategy.

5. When the policy is created, you will see the new politics and the description you entered as seen below

After the brand policy has been created, you must deploy the policy. for deploy the policy, go to deployments -> iOS package Base (here choose the package that you want to deploy the logo) on the 'Edit package', click on "resources" and then under the "available resources" you. find the new policy that you created under "branding Policy '

7. Select the new brand policy that you have created and use the -.> (button) to move it to 'deploy Resources "box and click' Finish '

8. When you click Finish, you will get a confirmation box. Click Yes to push the policy to all users.

9. Once the brand policy was pushed, you can see the brand logo / image on your device as shown below:

Note: If you XenMobile Enterprise Edition (MDM + APPC), then you should make your brand via AppController.
