Earlier this year we published desktop Player for Windows Tech Preview by our announcement at Citrix Summit. Based on this work, today we give the general availability of Desktop Player 2.1.
This version supports Windows platform desktop player with full-feature parity as Desktop Player for Mac. It allows the same corporate desktop Windows image provided and managed under a single console on Windows and Mac platforms. This extension serves as a good alternative for XenClient Enterprise customers, and a free solution for XenDesktop customers to need, regardless of their network connection as organizations with executives on the go, field staff and great apps on local execution of business applications or constant access number the contractor and partner IT searches supported
