1 Introduction
After registration of the device and navigate to the support page, we see the error "non-connected device" ..
and while trying to download the applications it gives worxstore message as "Apps will be downloaded" but nothing happens.
This is mainly due to the certificate of the missing key chain on the mdm server.
2 MDM
1.Go the MDM server
2.Open MMC
3.Click Add / Remove software component plug
4. Select Certificates
5.Click My user account
6.Click OK and you can see the certificate on the right side
7.Expand certificate -> personal certificates
8. select the certificate used
9.Right click and select All task-> Export
10.This will start the SSL cert export process
11.Check the radio button "Yes, export the private key"
12.Click on the next and check "Export all extended properties"
13.Specify the password you provided during the generation root certificate
14.Export the file on the local desktop
15.Save that the full chain certificate
16.Click Finish
17.You see the following message and click OK
18.Import certificate in the server
19.This trigger the cert installed on your system
20.Click Next
21.Type the password that was used to generate the cert and make you select "Mark this key as exportable"
22. Next click on
23.Click on finishing
24.Sign Off worxhome then register again.
25.Go to support the page and you should be able to see "Connected Device" message.
26.Download of worxstore application will work fine
