Framehawk data on the situation in the Director channel like any other HDX Virtual Channel. Director:
in user details page of the Director, for each meeting of the user, we used the list of Virtual Channels HDX HDX session and the status of the channel to see.
Graphic Framehawk Virtual Channel is the new channel added to HDX panel.
Click Graphic Framehawk channel to the details of the channel.

Note found display Framehawk Channel details on the director 7.6.300, 7.6.300 and 7.6.300 WMIProxy XDPoshSnapin hotfix is required. (Can here XenDesktop / XenApp 7.6 Feature Pack 2 downloaded zip)
WMIProxy 7.6.300 installed / updated VDA and VDA must be restarted.
XDPoshSnapin 7.6.300 hotfix on delivery controller to be installed, and restart Citrix Studio then and update the website, as prompted by Studio.
If WMIProxy and XDPoshSnapin is not updated or if Framehawk channel is not supported (VDA 7.6 without the FP2 or VDA 7.5 and earlier) Framehawk channel status will be as shown below.
Summary : Help Desk administrators can throttled the status of a Session View with a Framehawk channel and get a wealth of information, including ICA RTT 'and "latency" with Citrix Director. This is the troubleshooting and monitoring functions, if the expected user experience in high latency and unreliable networks is not up to the mark.
