Following the recent publication of CloudPortal Services Manager v11 engineering team produced a series of videos in support and a blog detailing many of the new additions and improvements in this version.

Approval Workflow
A video series was produced that describes how service providers administrators can enable workflow approval in one of the directors of the environment and the client process to configure users who need to approve the changes. The videos also show how product designers can create custom approval email notifications and provide a starting guide for developers who want to extend and customize the standard workflow approval capabilities.

Install / Update
A simplified installation approach was delivered in CloudPortal Services Manager v11 that enables service providers to install without CPSM pain components in their environments. The new installers have also been designed to walk customers through the process to v10 upgrade to v11 with a significantly improved user experience.

A new integration SDK v11 has been communicated to simplify service integration in the platform. This version is the first release where a designated library was separated from the platform to form a new integration SDK. This integration SDK is called CloudPortal Services Integration Manager SDK Version 1.
