A patch is released to the Manager XenMobile devices (XDM) environment to meet the NetScaler SSL offloading a connection. Offloading SSL allows an SSL connection which is intended to Device Manager to end the NetScaler. A new SSL connection is established between the start of the NetScaler and Device Manager. The new connection is established between the NetScaler and XDM can be either clear text or encrypted on the 80 port on SSL (recommended configuration).

To install the patch: ..
- Copy the .jar file:
XenMobile device Manager tomcat webapps [instance_name] WEB-INF lib (on all cluster nodes, in a clustered XDM config)
- Restart DMZ service.
