We heard: The Top 3 Challenges Our client - Overlooking

During this synergy Keynote year our CEO, Mark Templeton highlighted experience as one of the three main pillars driving Citrix. For us is experience, not our products is limited - it is important that every interaction with our company is a great experience

In this sense, align the CX team some unique. to show experiences by Synergy to our customers that we are listening.

With travel mapping and visual sketchnoting, we collected customer comments live show feedback and stories on the ground - and our customers much had to tell us. Here are the three top IT challenges Customers told us:

# 1 - End User Adoption. IT teams are happy about new Citrix products or upgrades coasting, but with one big problem: their employees as the old familiar setups and are tired of the new stuff. Demonstrate the value and benefits of Citrix products to end users is to get aboard critical end users. If users have a bad experience, also a time when they are likely to change even more to be in the future. Sounds familiar? One of our customers at the show said it best: "Sometimes even the best technology can not overcome cultural barriers."

# 2 - Change the workforce. The employees, the companies are now setting are not the same people who hired them ten or even five years ago. It used to be that the staff were happy just to get a business laptop, but now they are challenging the ability of tablets or phones to work - to bring in their own devices, which are not sanctioned company. Adding mobility solutions and BYOD programs can be a confusing, overwhelming project and customers for consulting and best practices looking to us

# 3 -. Safety. Not only the employees are bringing their own devices to work, they have to find their own ways of sharing data. Sending files with consumer file-sharing services like Dropbox can cause susceptibility to important company data. Recent major vulnerabilities in the media put more focus and the pressure on IT teams provide robust data protection. Our customers are looking for solutions that allow for flexibility and speed, while keeping the integrity of their corporate data.

These three trends were certainly not the only issues that we hear about at the show. Customers told us about many other things on their minds as regards migration, product feature requests and ways they use our products, we never thought!

We hear you.

But what comes next? We want to ensure that the right team at Citrix hear and understand the major challenges these comments. The first step is the visibility and awareness.

We have taken some of the larger asset and have it replicated in our offices, exactly as they appeared on the show. No prettying or softening of the comments -. Feedback appears exactly as we were told

We have gone through all the customer reviews and comments and report it the chain product teams and Citrix leadership. The comments, photos and sketch notes will be shared in their original form and are supplied in this week our leaders so that they can transfer the acquired emotion see face around the IT challenges of our customers.

Finally, we are very similar to publish a report on this article, which will go in the next few weeks for all Citrix employees, so that all of us a chance to review and reflect what our customers told us at Synergy.

These are only the first steps. In the coming weeks I will further information on the specific activities we share with Synergy and the knowledge we learned arranged by our customers. So please, stay tuned and set to share your voice with us.

Have something to tell us? We are happy to hear from them! Find us on Twitter at @CitrixCX or us send an email to us cxlistens@citrix.com~~V and say what you is a challenge.
