Our customers Intrepid Mobility -

The cool thing about customers: You develop tools, they buy them ... and then they completely blow out of the water or any prediction prescription that you had about what to do with them. They solve some of the most difficult problems, to get incredible results, and generally make the tight deadlines on restricted budgets. It is humbling.

This is particularly true in the mobile. On the supplier side, we still do not appreciate what our clients are going through and daily miracles they perform. So we'll talk.

First, all eyes are on the team of mobility nowadays organizations. With the C-level and even the board visibility, enterprise mobility projects are, for good or for evil, in the spotlight. Every purchase decision is heavily loaded, and usually involve policy often prioritize the needs of many different teams within the organization. Everyone wants in on the action. Customers we speak with are often trying to balance a BYOD program with mobile applications, development of custom applications and integration work ... not to mention the iPad IOC pet project!

Second, the mobile team is responsible for generating a return on investment. Not only make users more productive, which is a given (and even if there were not, users demand mobility anyway). But the mobile set work and having mobile processes are changing the way the organization works-for the better! Think of some of our customers and the cool things they do with mobile

A home care organization executes its critical operations on Samsung Galaxy Tabs, which makes its application clinic, home care Homebase, available to its mobile caregivers. When nurses and therapists visit a patient, they access the application on their tablet to complete the tour. The application allows them to access patient data, guides them through a series of measures based on best practice, and allows them to enter data on the patient's condition and to visit and that data synchronization back to the office from home.

A luxury resort hotel is changing the way it does business with mobile. In addition to a host of initiatives iPad, the hotel's valet team is equipped with Apple's iPod to help the team improve a critical customer experience. When guests leave the hotel, the valet at the kiosk in front of the hotel the customer scans the ticket with a barcode scanner affixed to the iPod and then use a third party application called AutoValet to locate the car and alert the nearest valet to bring. The hotel has reported a reduction in customer waiting times of up to 0%.

An international business of air cargo logistics armed his crews worldwide with tablets. Headquartered in North America, the company manages its global flight crew program awakens the crew members, wherever they are in the world, and ensures compliance by ensuring that crews are there where they must be exactly the right time for the business complex and interdependent business logistics to work.

A national chain restaurants is using Apple iPads across North America for the guests check in, let customers know when their tables are ready, and help dining staff optimize allocation of seats. This leads to more table turns every day in all restaurants, increasing asset utilization (square feet, tables), and provides a hard return on investment. The restaurant chain also uses these iPads for secure communications manager, provide employee training, and distribute exclusive recipes for the kitchen staff.

And finally, they often deploy these complex mobile initiatives and valuable while performing a comprehensive BYOD program. A leader film company Production passed a progressive BYOD deployment for all employees who want to use their own devices while making iPads available to employees script and the development of an exclusive collaboration app film scenario.
