Have you ever seen something in eDocs, and I wondered how you could get it changed? Or have you found something that helped and want to let the team know?
You can do it.
Since we deployed eDocs we had eDocs comments. It allows our readers to submit questions, requests and compliments directly to us. The best part is we actually read and respond to each request.
The system was changed a few months ago and shape has changed a bit.
To send feedback, click the Give Us Feedback button in the lower right corner of eDocs.
When you do, you will have a form that asks if the problem is related to the content or website.
Describe your problem, including much detail as possible. When you click Send, you are prompted for your contact information:
Although the contact details are optional, we ask you to include them. So if we have questions about your request, we can follow you. We also use contact information to let you know that we received your request and let you know when we have solved the problem.
